Shipping Policy

At Giltlens, we understand how important fast and reliable delivery is when ordering premium eyewear online. That is why all orders are processed carefully, packaged securely, and shipped with full tracking details.

1. Order Cut-Off and Processing Times (Handling Time)

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes to inspect, package, and hand over your order to the courier.

2. Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

Once your package is picked up by the courier, your estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping within Canada: 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping to the United States: 3 to 7 business days.

Please note: Transit times are measured in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

3. Shipping Costs

Canada & United States: We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees, customs clearance charges, or additional handling fees calculated at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

4. Order Tracking

Every single order is shipped with a premium tracking number. As soon as your sunglasses are shipped, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your direct tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your eyewear arrives damaged, please notify our support team immediately at support@giltlens.ca so we can initiate a replacement or claim.
