Setting up FAQs
To return an item, please start by emailing our customer support team at support@giltlens.ca to request your return. Once approved, we will generate and email a prepaid return shipping label directly to your inbox. Please securely place the sunglasses and all original accessories back into their original packaging, print and attach the prepaid label to the box, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location (such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). All returns are fully tracked and must be shipped back directly to our processing facility located at 1 Carrington Pl, Whitby, ON, L1R 3E9, Canada.
