At Giltlens, we want every customer to shop with complete confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward, worry-free return and refund process.

1. Return Window
You have thirty (30) days from the exact delivery date of your item to request a return or an exchange.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition:


Sunglasses must be free from scratches, marks, or any damage to the lenses or frame.

All original tags, protective cases, cleaning cloths, and any included brand accessories must be enclosed.

Items showing signs of visible wear, use, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.

3. Cost of Returns & Shipping Fees


Unwanted Items (Change of Mind): Returns are completely free. Giltlens covers the return shipping costs. There are zero restocking fees.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will cover all return fees and issue a full refund or free replacement.

4. How to Return an Item

​​To return an item, please start by emailing our customer support team at support@giltlens.ca to request your return. Once approved, we will generate and email a prepaid return shipping label directly to your inbox. Please securely place the sunglasses and all original accessories back into their original packaging, print and attach the prepaid label to the box, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location (such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). All returns are fully tracked and must be shipped back directly to our processing facility located at 1 Carrington Pl, Whitby, ON, L1R 3E9, Canada.​

5. Refund Processing Time


Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. 

You will receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is issued. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time (typically 2 to 5 business days) to post the credit to your account.
